Rotary Club of Kuching Central Back to School program 2024 – working together with Yayasan Sime Darby, the National Welfare Foundation, this event was graced by the Minister of Women, Family and Community Development – Dato Sri Nancy Shukri.
A total of 146 needy students from SK Tanjung Bako received School Kits consisting of school bag, shoes, socks, uniforms and stationery to reduce the financial burden of their parents whilst giving these students a better learning environment.
In line with Rotary’s area of focus – supporting education, we hope to help improve the living quality of students from this area and in so doing, play a role in empowering our future generation.
