In early September, members of RCKC participated in the Help the Children event in Surabaja, Indonesia, organized by RC Singapore. They visited SDN Pendem 02 elementary school, donated school supplies, and explored plans for a new healthcare center, highlighting Rotary’s global service impact. The second day involved a visit to Bhakti Luhur Orphanage, where they witnessed the impact of speech and physiotherapy facilities and donated school essentials to SD Kristen YBPK elementary school, emphasizing quality education. The journey
concluded with lunch at Vaswani Villa, where they thanked RC Singapore, Pak Mohan, Ibu Kawita, partner clubs, Rotarians, and participants for their collective positive impact to the local community in Surabaja.
